I’m a U.S. Army veteran, a father of three, and someone who believes strongly in hard work, accountability, and doing what you say you’re going to do. After years of working in customer service and the automotive industry, I wanted to build something of my own—something centered around relationships, reliability, and genuinely helping people.

That became Granite Harbor Property Management.

We provide dependable property care for homeowners in Downeast Maine, from Ellsworth to Bar Harbor, from routine property checks and lawn maintenance to seasonal cleanups, minor repairs, property improvements, and coordinating trusted contractors when a project requires additional expertise.

My goal isn’t simply to complete a list of tasks. It’s to become someone my clients know they can call when their property needs attention.
